We have a wide variety of exquisitely hand crafted roasts designed to produce robust, flavorful brewed coffee. These coffees are arranged according to degree of roast - from lightest to darkest - followed by a brief description to help you decide on your taste preference. A purist might select a favorite single-origin coffee to enjoy, again and again. But you need not limit yourselves to just one coffee: we also offer a variety of blends, with unique and interesting flavors. Our infusion blends are excellent for brewing with a French press, coffee siphon or drip coffee brewer. All of these methods will allow the true flavor and aromatic qualities of each coffee to transfer into the cup.
Exquisitely and naturally sweet with a complex aroma: caramel, milk chocolate, hints of nuts, and pear-toned fruit. Has a medium-bold flavor but very smooth, aromatic with semi-sweet chocolate and a hint of smoke. Very sweet finish, long and rich. For coffee gourmet snobs that need a rich, dark Roast Coffee. You will not be able to walk thru your kitchen without opening this coffee just to smell these premium, micro roasted coffee beans. Light roasted described as smooth with a sweet, fruity aroma. Its flavor profile is distinguished by hints of chocolate paired with a dash of citrus. The cup finishes with a dry, lemon-like citrus nuance.
Blend of Costa Rican and Guatemalan beans that offers a very creamy body with a gentle kick. Great round flavor that really captures the blends of both beans.
swiss water decaf
The Swiss Water process is a taste-driven, 100% chemical free decaffeination process that that is 99.9% caffeine-free, protecting the unique origin characteristics and flavor. Most other processes use chemicals like Methylene Chloride to decaffeinate coffee beans.
Wonderfully smooth and full-bodied, this coffee is fairly rich in flavor but not overpowering. Has a clean and crisp taste. This is a premium offering and at times is unavailable.
Considered a dark roast yet creamy. The body is buttery, nutty with undertones of chocolate, a strong aroma with a very attractive caramel smell and hints of almond. The aftertaste is softly bittersweet which makes for a perfectly balanced cup of coffee.
A trio of beans from Mexico are light roasted. A mild, medium coffee, it has the nutty and fruity flavor notes associated with the region, with some hints of clove and earthiness. The acidity is bright, but not overpowering, and the aroma is fresh and delicate.
Italian Roast Espresso is a heavy and rich dark roast coffee. Same roast temperature as the French Roast. Mexican bean, crisp, bright coffee with a lighter mouth feel and less chocolate aftertaste.
Two beans roasted at different temperatures to cover both ends of the flavor spectrum. This coffee blend retains its innate flavor characteristics with the lighter roasted bean from Mexico and compliments it with the dark roasted Colombian bean.
A very well rounded and balanced coffee roasted dark but leaning toward the lighter side of what you might expect to taste from a dark roast. Full flavored and sweet, it retains hints of the characteristics nuances of the origin countries. Four beans in this blend that gives it a wonderful complexity and fragment aroma.
These large beans create a medium bodied and sweet tasting coffee with a rich flavor and aroma. Considered a light roast, giving it a light cinnamon coloration.
Roasted extra dark and is 100% pure Colombian coffee. Produces a full, rich sweetness with bright acidity and chocolate aftertaste.
Three beans from Mexico, South America and Indonesia. A full bodied extra dark and medium dark combination. A sweet coffee with nice acidity and aroma. A very well rounded and full bodied cup of coffee.
Similar profile as Firehouse only roasted medium dark. It ends up being full bodied and sweet with floral notes. It is a very easy to drink cup of coffee with a soft mouth feel and pleasant aroma.
One of our more complex offerings, we pull Greens from Brazil, Burundi, Guatemala, Colombia and Sumatra. then balance out our blend and roast to a medium level. Very popular amongst our Washington customer base.
If you need a little extra kick start, try our White Coffee it’s the purest form of coffee and caffeine available. The taste profile is very earthy and nutty, pairs well with white chocolate.
This one pulls from “4 Regions”. Very popular amongst our Washington customer base and one of our oldest recipes.
This roast profile is a bit darker, we add a special bean from Burundi to tweak the finish.
